Delivery Policy

UK Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same day for NEXT WORKING DAY delivery (subject to stock availability) - Please see list of areas below that are excluded from the next working day option.

UK Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the following working day.

Our dispatching days are Monday to Friday as we are closed over the weekend which include UK, EU & International.

UK Shipments: £9.95 with DPD (Delivered by 12pm) - £9.99 with UPS (Delivered between 7am to 7pm)

EU Shipments: €30.00 (UPS 2-4 working days) *This does not include any delays from customs*

International: €60.00 (UPS 2-10 working days) *This does not include any delays from customs*

 

CALL & COLLECT (By appointment only) IS AVAILABLE TO UK CUSTOMERS but will incur a £1.50 fee – Please email suppyclinics@gmail.com to arrange call and collect and one of our team will arrange this with you. ANY UNAUTHORISED PICKUPS WILL BE REFUSED. Photo ID such as Passport / Driver’s License will be required along with ORDER ID number when collected. Account holder only to collect.

Please note: YOU (the customer) are responsible for checking import regulations set by your country before placing your order and are liable for any import charges that are determined by your country. Please check with your local authorities for further information. Due to Brexit, some EU deliveries may be significantly delayed which are beyond our control.

You will be held responsible for any amendments made to deliveries should a package go missing or delivered outside of the expected time slot. These amendments include, but are not limited to, change of address, location or time slot.

Cold Chain Deliveries – You as the customer will be liable for any deliveries that fail, where the driver has attempted to deliver to the address stated, within the delivery service timeframe. Please note, we do not accept returns on any cold chain items unless faulty when delivered.
